GMS Athletics: Girls Basketball Results for Tuesday, January 7th
The Varsity Lady Devils picked up a win over Liberty Bell last night.
The JV Lady Devils lost a close one to Liberty Bell.
GMS Athletics: Boys Basketball
The JV and Varsity Devils picked up two wins against Liberty Bell as they hop back into conference play on January 6th.
JV won 44-35 and Varsity won 41-32.

Congratulations to the 2024 Sevier County Holiday Hoop ’n champion Greene Devils! Varsity Devils secured the crown defeating Farragut in the semis and Seymour in the championship!
Tryouts for Baseball, Golf, Boys Soccer, Softball, and Track & Field will be coming up soon!

Both JV and Varsity won their games. This concluded conference play until after break.

Congratulations to GMS Wrestler, Sophia Dishner, as she competed in the 1st Annual TMSAA State Championships in Cleveland on Saturday.
Sophia went 1-2 on the day.

Softball Tryouts will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2025, beginning at 3:30 PM and ending at 5:30 PM at GHS Field in Hardin Park.
You must have a current physical on file to participate!

GMS vs. John Sevier
JV beat John Sevier 48-29.
The Varsity Devils also won, beating John Sevier 59-35.

Boys Soccer Tryouts:
Tryouts for the 2024-25 GMS Boys' soccer team will be held at GMS field from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM on Monday, January 27, 2025, through Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
All players must have a current physical on file!
Players need to have shin guards and cleats.
Final team selection will take place after the January 29th tryout is completed.
GMS Athletics, Boys Basketball: GMS vs. Sullivan Heights
The JV Devils remain unbeaten this year, defeating Sullivan Heights last night.
The Varsity Devils used a late defensive surge to put away the Sullivan Heights Huskies 49-21.
The Devils will be back in action on the road Thursday at John Sevier.

Sophia qualifies and will compete in the TMSAA State Championships on Saturday.
Congratulations to the GMS Dance team on winning their division! They placed first in Middle School Pom and Best Costume/Uniform at the UDA Regionals!
